Right of withdrawal

For distance sales, customers may notify their decision to withdraw within 14 days from receipt of the order, subject to legal exceptions.

Cosmetic or hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
