Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, subject to the exceptions that apply to hygiene and cosmetic products.
For hygiene and health protection reasons, opened, unsealed, used, damaged or incomplete products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective product. Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
